Regristration code problem after update SINS

I wanted to update my SINS and everything worked fine.

But when the game was patched to 1.191, it wanted my registration key again. So i just put my key and my e-mail in but now, the game sais "invalid produkt".

I registrated it ones so i don´t know whats wrong with it.

Can anybody help me please?
