I just paid 20 bucks for an update, and now am not allowed to download anything????

Okay, I just purchased the update to dreams a month ago.  The agreement has always been if you purchase a program you get unlimited downloads for a year.  1 month = a year???? Now I am not allowed to download any of the new dreams cuz I have reached my download limit???  thats not right.  I just got a new computer, and thats why I renewed and upgraded my dreams,  Now I have purchased a program but am only allowed to have the cheesy dreams that the trial came with? what a bunch of malarky!  Can someone tell me how to fix this? Otherwise I want my 20 bucks back.  I didnt pay 20 bucks to watch grass sway in the wind!!!

You probably should have posted this thread under Stardock Support.  Not much any community member can do for you, a support rep is needed.  You could always email [email protected] and identify the problem.  This being Sunday night I wouldn't expect a reply untill Wednesday. 

Your other option is to show up in the Stardock IRC channel tomorrow between 9am and 4pm and try to get some help from a support rep.

It is Sunday evening and Stardock Sales and Support are off for the weekend.  Did you purchase the update using the same email that you use to login to the WinCustomize site as your profile indicates you are a past customer.  This can be straightened out by support and as I mentioned you will have to wait until Monday morning.

Hi jmy. This issue, as others suspected, is that you have two accounts. jmy72 and jmy7213. The latter had your Deskscapes purchase. I have merged the two accounts under jmy72, so hopefully you should have the ability to download again when using that account.
