Help? window size (always opens as a small window)

Hi I hope maybe someone here can help me.
I've just got the Prog ObjectDock (yesterday) and everything is great.

Only one problem I have with the window size.
When I use a program the first time on the dock, it always open maximized all (it's ok).

When I again click on the icon than minimized the applying (ok too)

Only if I simply klick it again too maximized it over the whole screen, it opens as a small window. (the bugs me)

Can i set this somewhere?
