I want be able to have multiple starbases in all the planets, i know how to do this, the problem is is that every time i go to use harpos TXT-BIN converter, it freezes and crashes on me, i do everything just like the instructions say. What i am doing wrong?
Not sure as I do it the old fashion way. If its not a mods files then use the reference files.

peter, the only part of the textbin that CAN freeze /crash IS the convertdata's, and like myfist0 I also have uploaded copies of my reference files exactly as they appear to the game engines in this thread, but unlike myfist, I have not made any pretty graphics for them, just copied the game files to another drive and folder, then ran the textbin gui over the ENTIRE collection in one pass, then deleted the textures,exe & dlls, movies and sound folders then rared and uploaded them .
