Never did I doubt it. This is just a little bit of icing on a very large cake. If there be one you can bet your tushie there'll be more. Epsilon Eridani, third planet from the sun. Very hot with a short year appropriately named Vulcan. In the Star Trek universe the planet is 16 light years from earth. In reality it is 16.3 light years distant. Gliese 581 has approximately six planets so far. This one makes number seven I believe and it is 120 trillion miles away. That translates to about 20 light years. A hop skip away.

It's about 10 light years from the Romulan Neutral Zone. Ok for a bit of shore leave but you wouldn't want to live there.

Would it be illogical to assume that shore leave would constitute an invasion of the Romulan Neutral Zone if our fleet got together there all at the same time, for shore leave of course. But then again you know those pointy eared...er...non-logical people might get the wrong idea.
