DeskScapes 3.25 Beta

The latest beta update for DeskScapes 3.2 has been released.  DeskScapes gives you the ability to display animated wallpapers on either Windows 7, Vista, or XP desktops.  DeskScapes is also a powerful wallpaper manager with support for dual-monitors, recoloring, and effects.

The DeskScapes 3.25 beta includes:

  • Adjusted some of the UI elements to look better (stars, checkboxes & radio buttons)
  • Random background item in the backgrounds list now animates slightly and looks better than before
  • Support for translation with new language tab in settings UI. Users have to restart the app once they change the language
  • Effects preview images all replaced
  • Some effects now show a slider on the preview when selected. This allows you to adjust the strength of the effect. This is limited to the blurs, fuzzy focus and most of the smears.
  • Preview now positions itself in the middle when the window is smaller than the min preview size.
  • New dreams now install into Shared Documents not User Documents.  This allows multiple users to share the same dreams.
  • Various tweaks and fixes

The latest beta update can be downloaded via Impulse.  DeskScapes is available for $19.95 or part of the Object Desktop suite of desktop enhancements.

Holy Extreme Makeover!!! This is so totally, awesomely, amazingly better. Everything is sharp and clear, quite snappy! I love it!  <3    Hats off to the developers, well done indeed.5* :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Someday all SD software should have UI's this good.;)

It gets even better. Now I can get rid of the Stardock folder in My Documents, since I don't keep the OD library there*.   Thanks!

 *I know dockzip won't work that way, but it's flakey anyway.

I´ve installed this update yesterday, but my impulse shows me only beta 3.24 not 3.25.

What´s wrong?
