But on a serious note... Tim, this looks excellent so far! 
I mean this out of the greatest respect....
But I don't like the red on the second window at all. It clashes with the blue at the bottom. The same goes for the button with that particular gradient on it. 
It's mostly personal preference. But I think the red takes a lot away from the design. The rest looks great though.

An update. A few changes, and getting closer to the main stuff being completed.
It has a Spring-like flavor to it. Probably the background colors. I like Tabs though or Tabilicious. Rock on dude.
