Bought the upgrade but no info from Stardock

Hi Stardock,

I have recently bought an upgrade to the Object dock system over 5 days ago and I have yet to be sent any kind of download link or serial number. I have submitted 4 tickets to support and still after 5 days I have not heard anything back. I have been using Stardock products for well over 3 years now and this is not what I expect as a loyal customer.

Please can someone contact me with my download link and serial number or at least respond to my support tickets.

Loving the products, hating the service.

You will need to install Impulse, and that is where you will find the download.

Login with your account, and all your applications should show up.

Please note that support tickets are answered in a first come first answered format.  Replies are in most cases made within a 48 hour period and this time can take longer when requests are made during a weekend or holiday period.

Each time someone submits a ticket then the 48 hour period starts over.

Since it's a beta, you will probably need to have "Show Pre-release versions" checked in your Impulse preferances to see it.

Click the blue folder in the top left in Impulse to change the setting.
