Screen darkens

Hi,
I just upgraded my two PCs to legal Windows 7. Both are the same Dell PC. One works flawlessly (Primary). Nevertheless, the secondary machine darkens the screen everytime I swap from the primary. It displays the "entering the energy saving mode" warning and in a second, it wakens up and works normally.
In other words, when the mouse jumps from primary to second, its screen darkens for a few seconds and reactivates again.
I installed the dedicated driver for this card and windows 7 witn no result.
Help, please.
