Backgrounds doesn't load

from Stardock Forums

Hi everyone. First of all, I would like to apologize for quality of my english :)

I have a problem with deskscapes on Windows 7 Home.When I am trying to load any background, I seeing a communicate:loading preview and that's all , nothing happens.The problem refers to any type of files: dream, jpg, mpg.When I'm trying to exit the programme, it's freeze. I'm running it at administrator account.

 

What to do ? :( I want to have Tyrael on my desktop :p

In the Deskscapes configuration, click "About Deskscapes" then "Copy to clipboard and paste the information into a reply here.

The trial has a time limit after which it will not function. Uninstalling it and reinstalling it will not help.

I installed it 2 days ago...I searched forum and I found a lot of posts with similiar problems :(
