Deskscapes Black Background

I recently downloaded the trial of deskscapes 3, and whenever i click on any dream (including wallpapers), it says loading preview forever! I click on apply background, and my background turns black. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium with an Intel graphics card.

I am having the exact same problem on Vista Home Premium. Today is day one of the trial.
