Registration code not working

Can someone please given me a new answer to this problem, I have tried everything I was told to do and nothing is working. Is it possible to get feed back on this forum. Really would love to use all my $40.00 dollar game. I have tried my code many different ways and nothing works. Can I call support and maybe talk to a human being, guess not that would be to easy.. So in closing can someone plz find me a solution to this constant problem i.e Registration code not working, I know that I have never registered my game SINS OF THE SOLAR EMPIRE TRINITY..
