umm... you can do it too. Caravans have the ability to enter enemy territory without the corresponding treaty.
When did the AI get lawyers? On what grounds did they bring up the case? Was it federal or state? Civil or Criminal court? Why are the caravans getting sued? These are the things we need to know!
