After eating a lot of carbs, one of the things I do is a "water flush". Help me eliminate the excess carbs, I usually have about 8, but during a flush I have 9 glasses one day, then 10 the next day, then eleven the next, then 10, 9 and back to my regular 8 glasses of water per day.
