Transparency

I'm just curious if it is possible to make inactive windows transparent by default with windowblinds. I've seen a transparency plugin in effect on a windowblind. But, is it possible to work this way? Thanks.

Maybe if there was a way to set a hidden button on the inactive window...for the transparency effect and the action was to somehow apply automatically when the window became inactive....Suppose you would need a button to do the opposite on the active window....just throwing some stuff up against the wall.
