Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

So, since everyone seems to have this game already, does this mean that the retail version is on store shelves yet?
Long Answer : The street date was broken by a few stores so they decided to let the people who bought it on impulse download it early.
Short Answer: 99% No
Some stores decided to break the street date, so Stardock put in a long day yesterday getting a version out to their preorder customers who bought it through Impulse. The official release is tomorrow, and that will also be when the "day 0" patch is released which contains a number of bugs and fixes that aren't in the current version.

Heh, I meant "bug fixes" and not "bugs and fixes", but I'll leave it as originally written because it's probably fairly accurate.
