Game shows up in "My Games" but registration # not active code 113 ???!!!

I can see the game in my games page but it won't let me install it it says my registration number is not valid or active and refs a code #113?? What's up with this?

Beta registrations are currently disabled until the final version is ready for early access. You'll be able to get it once your registration is restored tomorrow.
