no serial number

Hi all,

 

I just bought yesterday the sins game y paypal, but don't have the registration code to put into impulse.

Then, yesterday, I send a mail to support@stardock with my order number, but no response.

Am I right to this, or how can I recover my registration code?

paypal sometimes can make things take longer, also if you have a different email address for paypal vs impulse that as well can slow things down
