I will have to wait until the release to order this because I only use Paypal and it will not accept that for a preorder.

Does anyone know if I will still be able to order the deluxe version with the manual and map or that a preorder only?

IIRC, they said they're making enough of the Limited Edition for it to be in supply well after release. So you should be good.
