[help] Object dock resets all settings when I switch user accounts

I share a computer with my wife and every time I log off my user account on Windows XP and then come back to mine, ObjectDock has reset all the settings to what it is when you first instill it. I can't get it to retain the settings. What can I do?

If you are comfortable modifying user rights you can try granting full control to all users to the directory C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock and apply the permissions down.  If you are not comfortable doing that or if it doesn't fix the problem your best bet is probably to send Stardock Support a ticket here:

You will want to tell them:

1.  Which WindowsXP - WindowsXPHome or WindowsXPPro32-bit or WindowsXPPro64-bit

2.  Which ObjectDock - Free or Plus (the pay version) or the "OD2 beta", and the version & build # that shows in the OD About window (rightclick on OD systray icon, click on "About ObjectDock" in the popup menu.

If you do start a ticket with them it will take them a day or two to email you back.  Don't keep sending them emails or tickets in the meantime, somehow it resets you in their priority queue, like hanging up when you're on hold.
