tool window buttons [min,max,etc...] ?

having a bit of trouble finding these buttons or the reason for no graphics.

the one window shows just the min button and no close button at all, but when collapsed, it doesnt show either. (see attached)

/me would appreciate a point in the right direction.

In Skinstudio, take a look at the 'Visibility' settings for these buttons. I used to select 'always visible' and left nothing to chance, however, there are more precise settings you can select.
