Dell Dock: too much CPU time

Hi,

I purchased a few months ago a new Dell portable with Windows 7 and Dell Dock. Since I found it very useful, I downloaded a version (2.0) to be used on my 5 year old desktop, Pentium IV 2.8GHz running Windows XP SP3. The thing is sometimes my PC slows down a lot. When it happens, I check in the task manager what is using intensively the CPU: I read this is Dell Dock with 50%+ CPU time !

Are there any issues with Dell Dock on Windows XP, and is there any cure ?
