Please help me

I"m fairly new to all this skinning stuff. I've created several that have'nt been uploaded yet. I have a couple questions before I upload this newest one. My push buttons show up black now instead of the red buttons I made. It looks fine in skinstudio but not when I apply to my own desktop. My program of choice right now is paintshop pro. I would like to use photoshop but I am in need of more actions. My last question is the arrow button at the taskbar will only show up if I desect transluscent. But then the white overlaps the red. It's like it's not transparent anymore even tho that option is still selected. Please help me. Thanks

Sounds like you are having trouble with tga files. Follow this advice from another thread, works well. If all else fails, search the board for tips, lots of them here

Try making png's and import, and listen to Koasati below!

To import a png file, you first select the image you're replacing/updating.

Right-click the image, or use the drop down list on the Import button, and select Browse for image....

Find and select the png file, you will see a po-pup asking if you want to replace the existing image with the import. Select yes.

The image is imported and converted to tga.

Be sure your transparency and translucency are both enabled.

I'm still stuck. I got the button to show up in the menu bar. Doing as suggested. But if I go to change the ones on the popup menus (where you select yes or no) they will show but make the menu buttons go black.

You can't link to images on your HardDrive.... thay must be on the web somewhere, or no one can see them other than you.
