I agree the blacktop needs changed somehow. Its got to much white in it I think and it looks to bright for blacktop.

The spotlight idea is cool. The headlight idea is even cooler though!

ummm, about sidewalk, souns about right, that or some agragit in the black top with something triming it along the wall to break the lines... Couldn't build a brink wall on blacktop, would have to have a concrete pad below it that comes out high enough that a car tire wouldn't be able to compress the blacktop causing a dip and eventually for it to breaj out, let water in, under mine the wall and have it fall over

why dont you put a red and blue light on it. (like from a cop car) easy in photoshop, filter>render>lightning effects

make sure you keep the 'overal light' of the wall the same, so it won't be too dark at the edges.

You could try to copy the whole wall, past it over the each other, add the lightning effects to the upper, and then set the transparancy to 50& or something....

I would assume thats because the light rays in the air dont match up with the spot on the wall...

I say keep it (Or get a red/ble one), but move the spot so its on 'wincustomize'.

red and blue glow aint workin' Its night so it does need a light source. Dont know what to tell you offhand. I'm 50\50 on the chalkline.

Try some tutorials on lighting effects

Is it just me, or is the reflection in the water backwards?

Chalk is fine, but Id like to have the light back...

(I would assume that) the 'dots' on the blacktop appear to get smaller (and more compressed) the farther they are from the 'camera' (or viewer). If they are uniform in density and size, the image looks flat and pasted on. (as we see here)

The 'police line' tape also looks pasted on... (Not sure how to fix that one)
