Object dock stopped working when not connected to inet

Hello,

I used to be able to use my object dock whenever I used my laptop. Recently, it will not work when not connected to inet. I get two error messages: pXMLDocPtr->Load XML Failed (0)

The other is in the image. When connected,it works fine. I use windows Vista home Premium.

Go into OD config / troubleshooting while you have an internet connection (so OD will load).  Checkmark "Temporarily disable docklets".  Click OK to exit OD config, unload OD, disable or remove your internet connection, try loading OD again.

If it loads you're having a problem with a docklet.  It would be one that relies on the internet connection for data, such as the weather docklet.  Process of elimination to figure out exactly which one.  After you figure out which one maybe somebody will have some input.
