Since I have received a number of requests for comments on how to do this and was alwas forced to redirect them to Mike, I've decided to dig into the subject and write an article about.

Make sure not to overloook the WindowBlinds Shell Animation library after you create them

Though, you still need to buy PSP, while this app is free.
