What Skins, Themes, Stuff you want?

I want more skins you purchase. Or would love to see more skins for the wincustomize subscribers just like the ones you'd purchase.

Simply because they are of high quailty and contain a nice set of items.

I want tutorials for skinning things that aren't supported by skinning applications such as SkinStudio. I want to skin programs that don't have a built-in skin support feature.
Tutorials explaining how to do this would be useful to me, and probably other regular WinCustomize.com visitors.
I have googled the crap out of the subject, but nothing extremely relevent has turned up in my search...

I would like to see more Desktop X themes of a higher standard. Ones that completely change your desktop from the boring Windows XP desktop. There are a few decent ones but I wanna see more.

Yes, definitely a Trillian section.

More high quality desktopx stuff and fewer dark or plain windowblind skins. I like lots of color and shiney things.

I'd like to see more from some of the other Stardock app's, such as ObjectBar (which somewhere near four years ago was one of the main reasons that I bought OD). Maybe some WindowFX information (Such as the proper use of light effects?).

I would like to see more Preimum suites. It's been a long while since a skin was released to WC subscribers. I think Kryptonite was the last one. And, with the exception of the "mini" suties of Spidey and Hulk, Oxidized was the Preimium Suite. Oxidized was great and I love it. I would really like to see more premium suites . . . the quality is top notch. Of course, we haven't heard from Pixtudio since the GUIO. Anyway, I'd be jazzed about that.

Indeed, you guys should really think about releasing a suite for subscribers. Not just a skin, but a real full blown suite, because, it's really been a long while since we got something exclusive

skins and themes are ok...but as this is a graphic community....you should allow ppl to post their other artwork that didnt go through on their personal sub-domain so when ppl are browsing and they like something that didnt get approved he or she can send it through email or something. It is also another way for inspiration

High quality Icons. High quality objects and widgets for DesktopX. High quality WB skins. A high quality Konfabulator section. Quality is the key word.

I used to favor a trillian section, but trying out the beta, I am not impressed.

More minimalistic skins and ports. More skins using Windowblinds 4.4 features (the shell thing) like Longhorn Slate 4051 by Ian Black and Blue Lagoon by CaveBear.

What I really miss are some high quality themes / suites. Why doesn't Stardock make an Object Desktop suite, where you incorperate as many of your programs as possible, I have as of yet seen very few skins that make good use for Object Dock, a NIIIIICE proram, and I find that the many sperate programs that you make often ar'nt used together..... SOOOOO make a subscriber suite, with as many features and skins as possible so we can really se what posibilities that exists.

Wincustomize is a great site, and one of the comparative few on the www that actually have something practicle and hands-on to offer. My feelings for the future probably a natural progression for this ever improving site, and ever improving contributors. I would like to see more 'professional' quality WB's. Yes, some of the postings on this site show great skill, but on a purely selfish point of view, I would like to see more. Another point that ties in with this is WB's that are truely compatible with other software a real bug bear and case in point is the lack of consideration for apps such as MS Outlook. We all use it every day, so why not make WB's more visually accepting of such software? Despite being around for so long, Windows Lunar is actually rather good, and works more seemlessly than other skins...visuaaly useable, no gliches and obviously visually compatible with the likes of Outlook.

I guess the goal is to create this performance quality, and then go to the next step with such things as minimising window buttons, which Lunar does not have.
Finally, I would like to thank this community for all the fantastic input they selfishly give to everyone out there .

- Trillian skins (however it should START with Trillian 3 only)

- To clean out all the old problematic DesktopX objects/themes that give the product a bad name.

- Better system for sub-categories

- Tweaks? Reg hacks that tweak appearance and function of Windows? Wow i JUST came up with this idea. Would be great for Stardock to write a program that can TweakSettings by distributing "tweak files".

i dont use trillian, but i know a lot of peeps who do. trillian 3 skins should be added.

as far as other skins go, more professional/usable skins. you need to hire brewman as an onboard artist, he reigns supreme when it comes to that niche. hehe

I would like to see more skins with more anamations in them.

Happy as things are. Imho trillian is over-rated.

I'd just like some that, when you open MS Word for instance, you can easily see and read all the options in the various tool bars. Half the skins I try now simply can't be read.
