Can I downgrade my Entrenchment from 1.051 to 1.041 so I can use the Star Wars mod? It apparently doesn't work for the latest version of the game. Conversely, if there's a way to get the mod to work with the latest patch, that would be the better option. Thanks.
Did you try to run the mod in 1.051? Sometimes there isn't much difference between patches and mods can still run on versions they aren't native too. Otherwise not really, but there is another Star Wars mod that is up to date you can try.
Some people have multiple installs of Sins. One updated with Impulse for online and another completely different directory with an install from cd without updating with impulse and the try and find a patch on the net, they're there somewhere.
and there is also my MOD updater that can update mods from any NUMBERED folder version of an expansion to a later version of that expansion. the latest version is the bottom link in the OP.
I have used it to update mods from 1.04 to 1.051 and even 1.01 to 1.051 but for mods from versions PRIOR to 1.04 you will probably need to use the manifest maker to update the entity manifest for the mod(s) otherwise sins/entrenchment/diplomacy WILL minidump when you mouseover the colony cap colonise ability button due to the colonise ability being broken up into two entitys from one in the older versions.
