[.806 Crash] CTD on losing battle

I attacked an enemy unit with my sovereign, was notified that I had lost and was teleported to my nearest town. and the game then crashed.

I was able to reload the last autosave, and this time, before I was able to get to the enemy unit, it attacked the town (same one my sovereign had teleported to the last time) and the game then crashed.

In case it matters, the town we are fighting over is one that I had previously captured from a minor faction.
