When not in full screen, cant seem to edge scroll. Now looking for the scroll keys

Found the mouse drag.
This is working as intended. As you'd have to land the mouse exactly on the border in a non-desktop sized window, and you'll be crossing said border with the mouse any time to switch to another window, it's really not practical in that context.
