Missing string or you have a comma, or typo in the string somewhere. The string file doesnt like commas.

There must be an error in the stock string file.  I'm working on a mod that doesn't yet include a string folder, but two different string errors still pop up. 

I've fixed two now, and left another one there, a missing counter description, none of which were added when the error started pissing me off.  If you're right, then I'm confused.  It wasn't throwing this the whole time.

String has been called for, but it has not been found.
