The speed at which fallen boats travel when you click a destination on the graphical map is super slow if you zoom out to the cloth map the speed is normal again.
ah yeah i wanted to report the same
transports are veeeeeery slow 
also apparently the 2 times i tried transports dont work at all
last but not least transports cant dock on towns, dunno if intended or just a bug
