Help?

soo i downloaded the file and it wont start up? I have a shortcut on my desktop n wen i try to launch it thru that it says it has stopped working n checking for solution.. does it all the time. restarted it a couple times, tried to reinstall it after i uninstall it n still no go.. can anyone plz help me out?? haven't gotten a chance to use it yet ....OD Ver. 1.90 build 536....
