Paul Thurrott discusses here some of the features he believes with be in Windows 8.  Apparently, Microsoft 'accidentally' leaked these features when it released documentation to its PC builder partners.  Yeah right... it was a leak?   Whatever, we get to read up on the future of Windows.

In the article, Thurrott discusses the likelihood of Windows 8 having sensors that can detect a particular user and log them in... or log them out if they get up and leave the room.  And how multi-media PC's shipped with Windows 8 will no longer require TV tuner cards to access TV programmes.

HMMM, it all sounds very, very interesting, doesn't it???   See more here

2012!?

So Windows 8 is what destroys the world!? 8O

Personally, I think that little prototype computer they have there is ugly. Looks like something from the 80s. Maybe it's just the color scheme. :p

If MS really wants to compete with Apple though, they need to produce software faster. For the best Apple emulation, they should just repackage Windows 7, call it Windows 8, and sell it at full price.
