Cheney hospitalized - left wingers erupt in joy

of the most recent 30 responses at 11:25PM PDT 6/25 i counted 16 written by people who were less than sympathetic, 5 by others who supported cheney or suggested people be more respectful and 9 that were irrelevant.

4 of those 9 compared obama to a monkey or referred to him as obamababy while another claimed cheney--unlike biden--didn't have to blow anyone to get the office   

overall, not entirely a left-wing cesspool by any means (except, possibly, in the eye of the beholder?).

i did see a tiny bit of restraint being exercised: the obamamonkey guy (who 15 minutes later has reincarnated as imwithsasquatch and using a pic of michlle obama as an avatar) refrained from referring to obama as obammy.

I'm still waiting for John McCain to kick the bucket before Obama's four years are up.  The left was insisting that McCain was not going to make the stressful four years because of his advanced age.  Last I checked he was still doing well and we're heading into halfway home. 

Although I do have to admit this is going to be the longest four years politically that I've ever experienced.   I'm not so sure I'm going to make it.    God helps us please if he gets re-elected. 

Ahhh...more divisiveness.  The evil LEFT and the evil RIGHT are made up of individuals, some of who will celebrate anothers misfortune.  Let's just condemn that individual's ugliness and not malign an entire political school of thought.  I don't see a whole lot of love for Obama from some individuals on the RIGHT and those individuals very happily wish ill consequences to Obama.  No one gets the high ground.  Neither side can claim moral superiority. 

I'm still wait for McCain's mom to pass, let alone John.

Not sure what story king (lol) bee was reading but reading from the first of 40 comments before I stopped reading, 29 didnt think he was dying fast enough and thought he deserved worse, 5 felt bad and thought the crazy left were in full force and 6 had comments that went either both ways are did not exactly point to one side or the other more.

Seems to be this was more of a leftwing cesspool than the old bee cares to admit. Not that i would expect him to admit the truth, it wouldn't be the norm for his type, Democrats.

Except bee pee, it was not a "democrat underground" site.  So I guess it is not a cesspool unless you are swimming in it?

You're right when you claim that there are crackpots on both sides, but the left seem to have much, much, more of them. They seem to embrace each others insanity and they celebrate death and suffering with a mob-like fervor. While the Ted Kennedy death may have brought out a few individual haters, we never really had the mob mentality.

OMG Doc...I know for a fact of a facebook group that basically wishes Obama wiould die.   I am not an Obama fan and did not vote for him but he is our President and I surely don't wish he would die.  If you want me to do a web search of conservatives spewing hate against Obama I could but I really don't have the energy.  Do you think that a Republican voter registration card somes wtih a halo and the Democrat registration card comes with a set of horns?

I did not see anything on that.  I saw some that refused to lionize him, saying he was not the a great or even good man.  But I did not see anyone slurring him.

Ok, link it.  I do not doubt there are some crazies out there.  But if they are more pronounced than du.org or moveon.org or even the Puffington Host, I would like to see it.

I can link to some KKK and Neo Nazi sites as well.  But they seem to be more akin to the policies of the left than the right.

Besides, any thinking person definitely does not want Obama to die.  That would make Biden president and EVERYONE knows that would be worse!

That really was just a spin off on a left wing Chris Christie deathwish. A Democrat in the teachers Union was in the press saying this:

And so some right winger started a Facebook group with Obama's name replacing Christie's.  I guess the author of the Facebook page figured if he stirred outrage it would illustrate the hypocrisy over left-wing selective outrage

I looked at the same comments you did from the same date and pretty much the same time. i was actually smart enough to read from the fist comments as oppose to the last ones. i audited the most current 3 pages (10 comments per page) for that date and time.

AMEN!  I have seen some talk about Obama dropping Biden (smart ass) in 12.  I doubt it.  Obama is smart enough to know that Biden is his life insurance policy.  That is why he picked him in the first place!
