Open Files per Drag&Drop does not work in version 2.0

In version 1.9 it worked

Hey there!
I found a bug- or missing feature.
In the previous version of Stardock (1.9) i was able to take files- iE PNG- with the mouse-cursor and put it on a program icon in my tabbed dock.
Now i installed version 2.0 and it´s not working .
There will automaticly made a LINK to the objet i put in there, but i cant open that file with drag&drop.

iE i have a PNG-Sequence (Video) and whant to open that with virtual dub.
Normaly i take the 1st PNG and move it over my VirtualDub-Link and voila- VirtualDub opens my Sequence.

Now, there will just be made a link of the PNG-File.

Anyone has an idea?
