Cursor XP & Cursor FX

I have both Stardock Cursor XP and Cursor FX.  I used to be able to download a cursor package from any of the WinCustomize and Stardock websites...install it to my computer and use Cursor FX to aplly it then use Cursor XP to configure and edit it (for instance....replacing the package's hand cursor or the busy cursor with one from another package that I like better).  I would simply open the Cursor XP and the cursor package I had chosen and applied in Cursor FX would show up in the configuration window...waiting for any changes I might make.  But, for some reason when I opened Cursor XP after applying a new package to my computer, the only cursor package that appeared in the configuration window was one I had used and changed several months ago and I was unable to open the Theme list window so I couldn't get to the cursor package I had just installed and applied.  Why is that?
