Apple's MacOS Tiger Dashboard offers little for DesktopX users...

Apple has announced the next generation of MacOS X called Tiger and it includes a new feature called "Dashboard". But this time, no need for Mac envy. PC users can do essentially everything in Dashboard -- and MUCH more today with DesktopX.

Check out this article on JoeUser.com about how Apple's Dashboard is (ahem) inspired by Konfabulator. And if you don't have DesktopX, get it and check out the widget library.

I think they look like tinkertoys - and if I was Arlo Rose (c.f. Konfabulator) I would be feeling very agrieved.

Well KB and dashboard are different, just to say, Dashboard take less resource than Konfab (its an HTML + Javascript standard), and its free... But i havent tried konfab, so ill dont say that dashboarb is better, and not say that konfab is better too...
