My entire family is in Israel...both my lads and my daughter. Got some wishes yesterday, but won't be doing much with them besides calling/emailing until August...when my older boy's first son is expected.
Hope to be able to take both the boys out and really tie one on!!!

But I got aa feeling they are up to something

I sent my dad a card, and I tried calling him, but got the answering machine. I hope I'm not the last in the family to be informed of bad news again (Dad has inoperable cancer, and had shockingly deteriorated that last time I saw him, 3 months ago). I guess I'll just throw myself into my work today to keep my mind off of it and hope for the best.
My kids (boys; 6, 4 & 2) gave me precious little notes and crayon drawings. My wife gave me this awesome Bears polo!
My son mentioned happy father's day this morning when he asked for gas money.....
Did some yard work until noon, then took the family to my parents and was astonished to find they needed to computer help.....spent 2 hours fixing their computer (router issues) and then we all went to my brother-in-laws for a get together and surprise-surprise.....they needed computer help. Seems his video card couldn't survive under 2 inches of dust and furballs so we had to replace it. It was more fun this time because I had spectators. They ate their lunch and kept asking me how "this" works. Two more hours and I got to eat......cold food.
All-in-all it was fairly normal day as far a being a father is concerned.
My Dad is gone but I made a wall for all the living fathers and can you believe, eventhough it should not, it went into moderation and probabally won't be available until tomorrow. Bummer!

After the enchiladas con queso chihuahua, Mexican rice, potatoes with chorizo, and brownie delight dessert, I did too! 
A box of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls from my 2 year old, 18 holes with some other Dad's and some nice food with the wife in the evening. What a day!
