Demolish lumbermill and you can build a fishery on its place
Well - that explains how I built that Fishery inexplicably. THough I didn't nuke my lumber mill - I destroyed a House.
I had a game in 0.803 where I was able to build a fishery in the middle of a continent as well; I hadn't even built a lumber mill yet though.. Nor do I think I'd demolished a house, either, but I could be wrong on that.
