Dock thumbnails

In version 1.9x, open folders and picture previews showed as their miniature versions in the dock.  With 2.0, folders display as a hard drive icon and pics with some unknown generic graphic.  I have the option to use thumbnials checked but I can't get the proper thumbnails to display.

I have Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

More info:

This happens on my 64 bit Vista PC.  I tried it on my 32 bit notebook and the icons are proper thumbnails.

If I right click on the pic or folder icon and try to change the icon, I get an alert box saying:

Object Dock cannot access information about this window.

It is likley that it has been ran (dic) as an Administrator while Object Dock has not.

Also, once I do that, I cannot use the X to close the window.  I have to use the File>exit or Ctrl-F4 keys.

thank you for posting this, gevansmd

I'd like devs to focus on this bug

this is not happening in W7Vista 32 bit OS but just in W7/Vista 64bit.

if we try to force an icon change we get the error message

'OD cannot access information about this window. it is likely that it has been ran as Administrator while OD has not'

all system icons are blurred.

there should be a fast workaround for this. I paid for OD2 but I'm using Nexus Dock that has not the issue.

to all developers, would you be so kind as to give us a fast (registry?) solution?

thank you in advance.

N.B.

I already posted this comment some days ago but it seems that developers are not so fast in answering as they are, indeed, in case of purchase related questions from us.

not fair, at all.
