I think there's a mistake:

If you run WindowBlinds on Windows XP or later, it will use Windows's own skinning engine. This allows you to apply complex skins to Windows without a performance problem. (The default Windows XP interface uses the skinning engine in Windows, the same one that WindowBlinds uses on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.)
