Master Volume Docklet

Does anyone know if it is possible to make "MasterVolumeDocklet.dll" open "sndvol32.exe" when I click on it? I've tried using the "Command" in the "Volume Docklet Settings", but that doesn't seem to do anything at all. To trigger the "command" option you should leftt click and hold the mouse button for a second or so.... it will launch sndvol.exe

Single clicking on it makes the docklet active, thus you can raise/lower the volume by using the wheel on your mouse, or up/down +/- keys.
