Objectdock [1.90 plus] backup folder/backup files don't exist?

Asking on behalf of a friend... he bought Objectdock 1.90 plus after I recommended it, and he's had it it for a while now...

I've always backed up my docks (themes) with no problem, and I told him to try that, because he was going to format his computer.

He clicked "Save current dock" and entered the dock name.

My own backup files (ini) are stored in:
C:\Users\-----\Documents\Stardock\ObjectDock Library\Backed Up Themes

... but his are not there. He doesn't even have that folder, he says. Why not? I have no idea how he can not have that folder.

He tried searching for the files too, "dockname.ini", but nothing. Where have they gone?! 8C

He's on Vista 64bit, if that makes a difference. His dock works fine otherwise.

That's odd. Does he have the settings folder itself? The settings folder can be backed up by zipping its contents, then restoring them back to that folder when you want to restore to a different computer or operating system installation. The folder can be found here:

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus

Vista/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus

You'll need to replace USERNAME with the Windows username.

He has that folder, yes, but not the one in Documents.

Frustrating. And it doesn't make sense.
