Skin Library Temporarily Down

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our Skin Library. Once again we apologize for this inconvience. We have a trouble ticket in place with our co-lo facility and hope to have the skin library running as soon as possible.

i made an account.....is it just that the skins are down that i cannot go to search for skins? or i HAVE to pay in order to get more skins now?I see it as you pay for the program..U shouldnt have to pay for the skins to somethin gotta come free...one or the other..
