Serial Key not sent

Sent to email different from Registered impulse email

I recently purchased the Mass Effect Bundle; the email sent contained the serials for ME2, and the ME2:CNA, but for ME1 I didn't get it.

Also; I used a different email from the impulse one (which I will need to change, since I no longer use the one impulse is attached too, but that’s a separate issue... maybe)

 

I would prefer not to state my email out in the open, but I hope you can look up the order number for confirmation: *******


I would also prefer not to make a second account just for Mass Effect :/

 

All for naught anyway; I fixed it myself, sorry for taking up space.

I don't mean to sound rude, 'cuz I do sometimes... but here's my point.

This is a Stardock problem that you are posting on the Wincustomize site.  I am not an official WC moderator or anything close... just a long time customer.  But I've seen your type of problem pop up here before.  WC is not Stardock.  They are often confused to be as one, but they are not.

I would suggest you will get the results you are looking for if you go to the Stardock site.

Well... that would explain why the forums looked wierd at first... but seeing the word 'Stardock' at the top of the page, and this being the 'Stardock Support' forum, well... yeah... Thanks tho!

Yeah, you will often find someone here who can help you run or fix problems with Stardock products... but if you are looking for your Serial for Mass Efffect 2 (awesome game, BTW... played it through twice so far.) you will need to get it from their site.

The problem is that this is a LONG holiday weekend. Otherwise someone from Stardock Support might have happened by.

Your best bet is to email [email protected] and hold on because they won't be back until Tuesday.
