I appear to be having a few problems

Demigod won't update, I get the message " The installed version of Demigod cannot be updated. Please uninstall this version before attempting to get the newest version". This was a fresh download via Impulse a couple of weeks ago. I don't want to go through the download again...

Total Annihilation is showing as available even though it's installed (same week as Demigod).

Object Dock Plus won't install, it says "The serial number you have entered is not recognised by Impulse. Only serial numbers provided by Stardock will be accepted". But it's Impulse providing the serial not me!

 

I don't really use OD+, so I'm not that concerned. But Demigod won't let me online without an update, grrr! TA works OK, so I'm not in a rush for that to be sorted.

Please do the following within Impulse:

-Click the blue menu button in the upper left
-Choose 'Preferences...'
-Click the 'Reset Data' button
-Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.

If this does not resolve the issue, I would suggest uninstalling Impulse, rebooting your PC, and then reinstalling from the latest installer build here:

Reset data sorted TA, but not the others. Will try uninstall/reinstall in the morning, it's been a long day...

I cleared up the OD problem, so restarting Impulse should fix that.  If it doesn't, try closing Impulse and running the following file:

Make sure to follow the link in Internet Explorer, as other web browsers will not handle the file type correctly.  Once you follow the link, save the file and double click it to apply it.  Then relaunch Impulse.  You will need to re-login with your username/e-mail (either will work) and password.

As for Demigod, when you're on the main menu, what does the version number say?

OD is working now thanks.

Demigod says DG MAIN.1.20.0214.

That's the current version, so I'm not sure what's up.  You can try verifying the installation and see if that helps, but it may require a reinstall.
