I.R .. make that a real dull axe. His capture is a real tribute to our men and women over there and the great work they're doing. Merry Christmas to our troops!!

Thanks to all of our troops and anyone else that helped capture him. This news is important, he was a Monster and a Mass Murderer, maybe now the people of Iraq can start rebuilding their lives and live in peace. Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday to Everyone.

Howard Dean is right, this is a great day, a day for celebration, but let's not forget about the reason for this war in the first place, however pointless it was. We must not forget that there is a battered country that needs rebuilding. It's time to take the American name off of this war, and to get the UN involved.

Ah the UN. From the people who brought you Rwanda.

The same UN that's currently pulling out of Afghanistan because they've suffered a couple dozen casualties over the past year.

Your correct Frogboy, get US out of the UN and get the UN out of USA, been saying that for a long time.

The same UN that washed their hands of the dirty work and now wants a piece of the economic pie. The same UN that didn't have the backbone to enforce their own numerous resolutions and cried when the US said "If you won't, we will". I'm still not sure if Iraq had anything to do with the September 11th attack of 2001. I do know that Saddam was given every opportunity to come clean and instead he behaved in such a manner as to make the whole world suspicious of his involvement. I hope he gets what he deserves.

Thank God the U.S. has the balls to go against the U.N. My country (Canada) was at one point in history a great allie of the States. Thanks to today's leaders, we're just two countries sharing the same border.
Merry Christmas and God bless the American military!

To all the critics who could do nothing but nitpick why we were there, I say the end justifies the means. Our military deserves a great deal of credit for having the restraint and self discipline not to have shot him right between the eyes. Good ridance to another brutal dictator. The Iraqi people now get to serve him justice. Next it's time to bring Bin Laden here so we can get our justice.

Canada and the USA have always been great friends, I remember them helping to guard our air space right after 9/11. Let's hope with your new Prime Minister things can get back to the way they were. Besides I have about 5 tee shirts that have Canada written on them that I need to wear.

I dont care how many things he has done wrong dont give him the pleasure of dying by the death penalty make him suffer put him in jail in an american jail. statistics show that people in jail are the most patriactic of all people. Im sure he bound to run into fun along the way. I do kind of feel sorry for himas far as human sympathy will let me but it aint moving very far he looks like crap. I hate how all these nations are now jumping at the oppurtunity to help Iraq now well I say Screw You America Doesnt need your help if you didnt want to help before the capture then dont try to help now and take credit you dont deserve! But me hating this government Its gonna turn into another corperate america with all the rich people running everything Well Screw the Anarchy is the way! Peace im out
