Invalid Product

Hello,

I wrote a ticket many hours ago (ticket HMI-137693) and i still don't have an answer for the problem "Invalid product" when i try to launch the game Sins or Entrechment or Diplomacy. I send the serials, the activate log, but i still can't activate the game for the first run.

I'm getting upset not being able to play it. Please try to check what is wrong !

Support deals with tickets on a first-come-first served basis, and as noted in the ticket ID mail normal turnaround may be up to two business days. Please be patient and they should get you squared away as soon as they work through the queue to your ticket.
