Upgrade path for classic OD components

Greetings-

We are fond of the classic OD components Control Center and Tab Launchpad.

We have one Control Center instance just for the Virtual Desktop component, along the bottom edge of the screen, auto-hide enabled, etc...

TLP we have several tabs filled with icons.

The CC / TLP versions we have are a bit grumpy even on WinXP SP3... memory access errors from time to time. Looking ahead to Windows 7, what sort of upgrade path exists to receive comparable functionality. I do not see CC / TLP even listed as OD components any longer.
